Bug Reports

If you encounter a bug while using Engagi, we encourage you to report it through our official support server so we can resolve the issue quickly and continue improving the bot for everyone.

Where to Report
All bug reports should be submitted in the #bug-reports channel within our Support Server. This helps our team track and address issues in one place.

To help us understand and fix the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information:

  • ⎷ Command or Feature Affected: The specific command you were using, or part of the bot where the issue occurred.
  • ⎷ What You Expected: A brief description of what you thought would happen.
  • ⎷ What Actually Happened: Describe the unexpected behavior or error.
  • ⎷ Steps to Reproduce: If possible, list out the steps that led to the issue.
  • ⎷ Screenshot or Logs: Include a screenshot of any errors or messages if applicable.

After You Submit

Once submitted, a team member will acknowledge your bug report and label it internally for tracking. If we need more information, we’ll reply in the thread you create. You may be tagged if we deploy a fix and need confirmation that it’s resolved on your end.

Pro Tip
If you’re reporting multiple issues, please submit them as separate messages so each can be tracked individually.

Thank you for helping us improve Engagi! Your reports are a key part of keeping the bot running smoothly for the entire community.
